Turnkey projects

Modern greenhouses combine many different technologies, so when a new project is on the drawing board it makes sense to ensure that everything is properly coordinated.

 CMW are the UK partner for Certhon, who have many years’ experience in managing complicated turnkey projects.

Together, CMW and Certhon will ensure that from the moment you have an idea about expanding your operation or starting from scratch on a greenfield site, every aspect of the project - from concept, financing, planning permission, construction and installation of greenhouse and associated equipment to final handover - is properly considered, costed and managed.

In every phase of the project, you will have a single (expert) contact person for all your questions. This centralised management process saves both time and money. It also increases transparency by removal of any doubts about warranties or responsibilities.
