Pest and Disease Control Systems

The Air-Fog LVM machines which we manufacture are designed and built to cope with the rugged nature of commercial horticulture. They provide the grower with the possibility of applying a chemical to his protected crop at the precise moment when the disease or pest is at it's most vulnerable thereby reducing the level and frequency of applications to the minimum. As it is fully automatic, it does the work for him so he is not exposed to the agrochemical whilst it is being applied to the crop

Our high pressure sprayers come in all guises, piston or diaphragm types powered by electric motors, engines or PTO driven from a tractor --- there's one to suit every need. For example, we are able to supply a pump which provides the grower with two machines in one - a high-pressure spray pump (up to 50 bar) for crop protection and a pressure washer (up to 200 bar). At the "business end" of the system we can provide anything from a simple spraylance to a computer controlled spray robot or gantry sprayer to ease the workload and improve the efficacy of the chemical being applied. The spray robot can be programmed to move down a glasshouse bay and back again at a controlled speed applying the spray solution at a precise rate.
