Important customer service update
To support our customers during these difficult times following the latest government announcements, we will continue to have staff present in the office during normal office hours to receive deliveries and process customer orders, for as long as we are able to do so.
Other staff members will be working from home and can be contacted on their usual email addresses or mobile phones.
If you have any problems contacting anyone please, call the office (01430 422222).
Customers should preferably email orders through or alternatively telephone the office.
For the time being, to minimise contact with others, we will not use the Post Office for deliveries.
Until further notice, orders will be despatched by Fedex - £15.50 for overnight or £11.70 for 2-3 days up to 10kg.
Customers may collect from outside our office subject to social distancing rules.
